4 weeks 5 days pregnant, hcg level are 490, is this normal range?

Probably: The only thing about an HCG level is that the absolute number isn't the most important thing.  Usually the lab is repeated after 48 hours at least once to determine if the level is increasing appropriately.  It should double every 48 hours but can still be normal is it goes up less than that.

i have spotting only when i first get up, but no pain. should i be concerned? when to the er & i am only around 1-4 days pregnant. hcg level is 41 & i need to have rechecked in 1 week. spotting is not heavy enough to need to wear a pad.

Unfortunately : Unfortunately the only thing you can do is wait and continue to have your blood levels checked to make sure the pregnancy is progressing. If the spotting turns into heavy bleeding with cramping and pain, then this likely signifies a miscarriage, at which point you should return to er.

5 weeks, 3 days pregnant. hcg level was 12, 247. is that normal or too high? doctor says it might be twins. could it be?

It's fine: You can't tell multiples with a quant, but at 6 weeks an ultrasound will be reliable.

i am 6 weeks pregnant hcg level 393 and no gestational sac was shown on internal scan but there was thickening is there any hope for my pregnancy ?

Normal: at the level of your beta HCG, its normal not to see anything on Ultrasound. I wouldnt worry about it
Repeat US in 1-2 weeks and you should be able to get more information

Time will tell...: We hope for the best outcome, but any woman may have a miscarriage as a normal part of life. If a woman has recurrent miscarriages, there are some known causes (other than really bad luck) such as genetic disorders (like a chromosomal abnormality), autoimmune causes (like anti-phospholipid syndrome), anatomic causes (such as a malformed uterus), and environmental causes (like smoking).

pregnant, hcg levels trending 100-208-278-350 over 2 weeks...no results on u/s...could it still be a viable pregnancy? no bleeding or cramps

Hcg: Hcg levels rise in a variable fashion.  I certainly wouldn't see anything in the uterus with those levels.  Maybe ask your physician to do a progesterone level.  A normal is above 8 in pregnancy and nonviable pregnancies and ectopics are usually (not always) associated with very low levels often times less than 2.  Not every OB will do progesterone levels, but it won't hurt to ask.

OK: You can't reliably see a baby until 6 or 7 weeks.  At 5 weeks one would expect to see a gestational sac and a yolk sac but no baby.   If you get another scan in 2 weeks, you would expect to see a baby with a heart-beat.  Best wishes!

6weeks & 4 days pregnant  hcg levels not doubling as well as they should, but heartbeat of  105 was seen today on ultrasound. obgyn said since there is a heartbeat  she is not as worried about hcg levels now. is that info true?

Ultrasound: Sonograms are useful in estimating due date and conception date, as well as viability.  Blood levels if rising, they should approximately double every 2 days.  Repeat sono in a week is an option as well.

9 weeks pregnant. hcg levels are at 125597. is this normal? worried about molar pregnancy :(

Sonogram : No need to be worried. You can have your doctor do a sonogram. At 9 weeks a pregnancy should be easy to see and they can rule out the possibility of a molar pregnancy to alleviate your worries
