Yes, but unrelated.: It is not uncommon for a woman to have a miscarriage at least once during her reproductive years, which means it is normal for some pregnancies to not make it to term. I wouldn't worry too much. Being tumbled in a wave on the beach shouldn't have any effect on whether a miscarriage happens or not.

Swimming &amp; lakes: Lake water contains "EVERYTHING" in it from bacteria, viruses to amoeba, depending upon how stagnant the water happens to be which of course, will enter the vagina. Stick to a well chlorinated and maintained swimming pool.

Yes: Tyere is no restriction during pregnancy and going in the beach. It is important to know that your center of gravity changes with pregnancy which may make your footing in the sand trecherous. Just be cautious. Additionally, remember to use spf. As long as you don't swallow any of the water, you can enjoy. Be cautious where you step!

Yes. : It's good to keep active and exercising during a normal pregnancy. I would avoid heavy surf though. Might throw you off balance more easily in the later weeks of pregnancy.

Beach ok: Going to the beach and tanning is perfectly fine when you're pregnant. If later in the pregnancy you begin to get stretch marks, you might cover these areas with a one-piece or a shirt. Stretch marks could get increased pigmentation in the sun and remain more noticeable later on. Tanning will not make stretch marks more, or less, likely.

Being Pregnant: Yes. Of course.  I would advise you like most obs and other who care for women that you get a prenatal book to read.  Many obs will give you tis as part of your care.  Having a pregnancy guide will help you feel more empowered and to understand the variety of things that occur during pregnancy and what to expect. Good luck with the baby.

First : First off, none of the doctors who write in, can tell you if your girlfriend is pregnant.  If i understand correctly, you had sexual intercourse underwater  three days ago and your girlfriend  did not take her birth control pill that day. She did take it the next two days.  
   Birth control pills need to be taken consistently to be effective. Having sexual intercourse without protection can lead to conception. Your girlfriend also has inconsistent periods, so it would be hard to know if she misses a period. The average pregnancy tests can become positive about the time that a woman misses her period.    It is really concerning that you and your girlfriend are only 15 years old and are already putting yourself in positions that you have to worry about this.  This scenario can lead to pregnancy.
