Baby moving: Is the baby not moving a lot as compared to earlier in the pregnancy?  Your best reference going forward and reporting symptoms until delivery is your Ob-Gyn doc who has details about your pregnancy and will be able to offer best advise. Otherwise with extremely limited information no meaningful recommendations can be offered.

i'm pregnant in 26th weeks and from the beginning my baby not moving a lot until now, my last ultrasound was in 22 w and everything is ok  ?

Probably: If your ultrasound at 22 weeks was ok, and the baby hasn't had a significant change in activity level(was moving a lot and now not at all) most likely all is well. Some babies are more active than others,and may be more active at certain times of day. If you are really concerned, a quick check-up with your doctor is the right thing to do.

Any movement counts,: If you are noting decreased or absent movement, you need to let your doctor know, as soon as possible.  Movement count apps, can help you keep track, or "kick" movement  paper charts are useful.  After an evening meal, resting on your left side, you should feel 10 movements in less than hour, typically.

Concerned: This is a serious concern. You need to speak with your OB immediately to discuss further.  You will likely need an evaluation in the l&d department with tocolytic monitoring.

If you are pregnant.: ...and having pain and vaginal bleeding, you must get medical care ASAP.  While a fetus may go several hours w/o moving, if you've felt no movement for 24 hours or more, that is also a reason to get immediate medical care. can babies get seizures while in utero? will that continue affecting them once they're born? 27w pregnant, baby makes erratic movements/twitches.

Usually not: What you are probably feeling are random movements from the baby, or possibly hiccups.  Both are very common and normal.

i bled after 10 days of duphaston, i'm diagnosed with pcos. hpts were nega but i sometimes feel little gas bubbles which acc. to my search is how the babies movements feel. it's been 18w since my last sex. should i still be worried about pregnancy?

Tests are accurate: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. Can test by 3 weeks after sex (by 3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a regular period or missing a withdrawal period.

i am 28 weeks pregnant with twins, i'm having a severe  back pain and pelvic pain, do i need to go and see the dr or is it normal. the babies are very active , i feel lots of movements.

GYN exam: Seems most likely related to the pressure of the twins on your uterus and lower back, usually, normal; however, I suggest a GYN exam.
