Still mensruating : If you were 20 weeks pregnant you would feel slight kicking of the fetus and your uterus would bebup to your belly button. Women may bleed in the first trimester. This usually resolves. Women cannot menstruste during pregnancy because of very high hormone levels.

Yes: A woman may have vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, technically not a period. However, if she is pregnant, HCG levels in blood and urine would be elevated with or without vaginal bleeding.

The best time to take one is when you miss your period.
