: Sperm are fragile &amp; die in minutes if not inside vaginal mucus. "Genital rubbing" is a vague term that does not explain whether anything could or did enter the vaginal mucus. If something "wet" from an erect penis entered the vagina there is a tiny risk of pregnancy. If not, pregnancy is not a reasonable outcome.

Most important is to avoid the things we know cause fetal problems such as alcohol and tobacco smoke.  You should get good prenata care as soon as you know you are pregnant.

Yes: Even without ejaculation there can be leakage of some sperm and sperm are excellent swimmers so there is still some risk of pregnancy from naked genital rubbing.
