There are some risks: Uterine didelphys or "double uterus" is when the uterus and cervix are paired. There is increased risks of bleeding, fetal malpresentation (breech), premature labor and issues related to the growth of your baby.

Perhaps : Uterus didelphys is a double uterus.  The uteri may have a single cervix or 2 separate cervix. A pregnancy may proceed normally or there may increase risk of miscarriage or preterm labor.  If she develops any cramping or pain she should be evaluated immediately.

Anatomic anomaly: This is an anomoly of development that is not repaired and usually doesn't cause significant problems. In the past this disorder often went undiagnosed. There are differing degrees of this that could affect carrying pregnancies or increase the risk for premature delivery.  See your gynecologist for a complete discussion.

Hello. : Hello.  I would ask your doctor if s/he is currently classing you as high risk. Having a double uterus (uterus didelphys) does not necessarily mean that you will need special treatment to have a normal pregnancy and delivery.  There can be a lot of variability in this condition. However, your doctor will probably want to follow you somewhat closely to ensure that you don't go into pre-term labor. If one of the uteruses is very small and that is where the embryo implanted or if that cervix is poorly developed this can increase the risk for miscarriage and preterm labor. In some cases there can be an increased risk for a breach delivery. 
  One thing you can do to help your fetus is to stop smoking. Take care.

Yes and yes: Having a uterine didelphys, to my knowledge, doesn't increase your chance of having twins. In order to have the most common type of twins, fraternal, your ovary has to release 2 eggs, so twins more dependent on ovary than on uterus. But yes, it's possible to have twins with this malformation of the uterus.

Unprotected sex: Having a "double uterus" (didelphic uterus is a rare condition.  However, it does not confer any great change in fertility rates when compared to women with one uterus.

Therefore, your chance of getting pregnant (with all things being equal) is equivalent to those patients who do not have a didelphic uterus.

Not really: a retroverted uterus can sometimes cause some lower back pain during pregancy- just the way your anatomy is- not dangerous.
