Very unlikely: While it is technically possible to get pregnant on any day of the menstrual cycle, this is true because a person doesn't know when she ovulated.  If your periods are regular, your fertility calculator should be quite accurate.  Since you had sex, with contraception, outside of this time window your risk of pregnancy is very low, probably not more than 1%.

Positive test: They are accurate to determine if you are pregnant or not but not very accurate to give you the date of conception.

Easier calculation: Every pregnancy dating software is based on a 40 week pregnancy. Actually the pregnancy is not 40 weeks but 38 weeks.  Not every women knows when they conceive but women know when their last menses occurs. Therefore the dating is from the last menses artificially adding 2 weeks to every pregnancy.

Bad obstetric Hx: I would be concerned due to previous obstetric history. Please see your GP for ultrasound. Have to worry about threatening miscarriage.Need to exclude ectopic as well.
