See details: You say you  have never been late.  Make sure your menses are regular i.e. first day to first day is the same each cycle.  If you are, it would require testing to determine why.  Check with your doctor to see if he performed any tests other than checking for ovulation. By the way, what was your lack of ovulation based on?  A mid-luteal progesterone?

Guideline: The egg only lasts about one day and sperm can survive up to five days. Therefore conception could occur  on 3/11 or 3/12. Precum can contain sperm but if the condom was intact,there should be no chance of conception.
