A few other features: It can be mechanical or chemical. If it is just the rubbing, and it can be, lubrication, different angles would be helpful. If it ONLY happens with exposure to semen (and one time with a condom would show), then something in the semen is the irritant. Usually it is a chemical. drugs/medications/spices such as garlic and asparagus or highly flavored or highly colored foods (paprika, indian spices,)
