Sure you should?: While there is a little evidence that honey can be helpful to wound healing, in my experience  we have many, many products (alginates made from seaweed, for example) more useful than honey. Any wound that has been open long enough to need honey needs evaluation by a doctor with expertise in wound healing. Ask him or her if honey would be appropriate for the wound in question.

Ingrown hairs: The best thing for ingrown hairs and folliculitis is a simple hot soak with a washcloth soaked in hot, not scalding, water.

Don't do it.: Sounds like onion and mustard are key ingredients. However I am not sure how you would apply it and i don't know of any physician who would recommend it.

: Cold/ice is good right after injury. Now you need warmth.. Wear a good scrotal support and avoid  heavy lifting for a few daysand yould should be fine. Good luck.

Probably cooked: Boling vegetables may destroy essential nutrients like water soluble vitamins.
 However it is puported  in some studies that cooking vegetable like tomatoes and carrots make antioxidants more available for absorption.Steaming or microwaving or roasting the vegetable is better than boiling them to mush.
  Perhaps you needs to try some new recipies.

Can call Dr on video: Call to see if a clinic visit is needed. Most boils are treated with drainage of the pus inside. Antibiotics are sometimes, but not always, used after that. For boils that don't look like they are thin enough to lance through the skin, antibiotics may be used to stop the infection (then a surgeon can remove non-infected cysts at a later time). Ask Dr. if MRSA bacteria prevention might be needed.

Boils: Painful sitting means you need to see your doctor.  He/she can lance the boils and also prevent further infection.  You may need to change your diet if these are frequent, w/the help of a nutritionist.  Peace and good health.

Sometimes a small boil can be treated with antibiotics only.
