Fear: Rational fears are based on likelihood that something bad will happen, such as being on high cliff & fear falling. Irrational fears are exaggurated & interfere with functioning, such as fear of leaving the house & ending up being home bound.

Yes: Patients can suffer headaches and dizziness for 6 months after head injury. Some may develop chronic migraine type headaches. Depending on what area of the brain was injured, the dizziness may be permanent. It can be exertion related or with sudden head movements. Physical therapy can help and using a cane or walker can prevent falls.

Consider: Visiting your doctor.  They can check some basic things in the office. They may choose to ask you to get an MRI of your head.  In the mean time, consider warm soaked towel.  If you have an infection under the skin, the warmth of the towel will stimulate even more blood to come to the area and help healing. Good luck!

: It could be MS but may be a manifestation of tension or anxiety or deficiency of calcium or magnesium.. The brain communicates with the skin and can sometimes cause this type of symptom. If you still have concerns, consult a neurologist for evaluation.
