Possibly: An acute HIV infection can present with no symptoms or commonly fever, weakness sore throat and cough soon after exposure.  HIV may take months to progress to AIDS.

Other causes: HIV/AIDS lipodystrophy isn't necessarily caused by the infection itself, but by certain medications used to treat it.  If you're Ab/Ag negative at 21 weeks post-exposure, you're probably "clear" from that standpoint.  But if you're noticing localized loss of fatty tissue, you need to be checked out for other causes before you're "all clear".  Best wishes.

Cysts in bone: Cystic changes or erosions in bone post trauma can indicate that the bone matrix was disrupted from the injury and cystic changes have resulted.  It does not mean that you have avascular necrosis, but it can mean that there are changes in the trabecular patterns of the bone due to the trauma. Mittleschmerz: Impossible to say for sure, but probably nothing unusual. Pain around ovulation is common and called mittleschmerz. It's definitely not 'pregnancy' yet, too early for reliable symptoms. Good luck!.

Too early to tell: You are really too early in the pregnancy to be having pregnancy symptoms, so I doubt your sore nipples are an indicator of anything but sore nipples. You used a condom, and if it was intact, that's about 90% effective. Wait until you either do or don't have period. If it comes, you're not pregnant. It if doesn't in 9 days, do a home pregnancy test and repeat 1 week later if still no period.
