Using strict guidelines, 3-8% of women have a constellation of symptoms, some disabling, and are diagnosed with pmdd.  Both PMS and pmdd are conditions for which there is treatment.

this article describes several different causes and several treatments that have been found effective. 
It may be difficult to find a dr. With much knowledge or experience re: this though i would try a urologist ;/or endocrinologist. Homeopathy ; acupuncture might also help.

Extremely rare: This is an extremely rare condition not described in the medical literature until 2002. A neuropsychiatrist is the specialty that makes this diagnosis. Because it is so rare other more common conditions need to be excluded first. Start with your primary care doctor for a full evaluation

It is also likely that your doctor would refer you to a psychologist for advice and care.

2 ; 2: Sponge kidneys ; sjøgren's were present from birth although diagnosis of each may have been made when you reached adulthood. Lupus ; interstitial cystitis were certainly not present from birth.

Yes: Sma syndrome is due to the superior mess enteric artery (sma) impinging on the intestine. Can happen with rapid weight loss, or with anatomic abnormalities involving the bowel and vessels.

Post Viral Syndrome: Post viral syndrome is well documented but poorly understood. The symptoms can include severe fatigue, joint/muscle pain and confusion/forgetfulness. Symptomatic treatment with OTC pain relievers, stretching exercises, rest and increased fluids/electrolytes are the best protocol as they avoid the complications that can be caused by narcotic pain relievers, antidepressants or immunomodulators.
