Possibly Yes and No: First you should find out if you are actually pregnant.  If not, there is not a problem.  If you are pregnant, this is a decision you will need to make.  Many will say yes, you should tell him, but without knowing your personal circumstances, it is difficult to advise you that this is the best course.  Perhaps you should discuss this with someone who knows you, and whose advice you can trust.

Old way or DNA way..: The father of an unborn baby is the person a woman had sex with. To avoid confusion, and many emotional, community, and societal problems, men and women can choose to have sex with one person in any time period (thus avoiding any confusion as to who the father is). Failing that, when the baby is born the mother may be able to tell who her baby looks like the most. Dna testing can be done, too.

No: If a woman has her NORMAL regular menstrual period, she is presumed not pregnant. If she thinks she is pregnant, then doing a urine pregnancy test the week after missing her "normal" period, the week after getting a "strange or abnormal period," or 3 weeks after having sex, should give an accurate result. The pregnancy test needs to be done correctly and read correctly.

Yes you can: As long as that ovary has access to a fallopian tube, then you can get pregnant.  At your age we (md's) advise to have unprotected sex for one year or more before we begin an investigation.

See the ObGyn doctor: The medicine is by prescription, so a woman goes to her ob-gyn to be evaluated for it. Whether or not medicine can be used also depends on the age of the baby fetus (the number of weeks pregnant). The doctor will talk with the patient to be sure that the patient is making a good permanent decision, because abortion is a hard decision for any woman to make.

Varies: They can be very accurate, but it depends on if you use it properly, when you are i your cycle, how long you have been pregnant (if you are pregnant). 
Since september is while ago, i think you probably have your answer.

Repeat US: sometimes, you need the pregnancy to reach a certain stage for you to adequately visualize the appropriate fetal structures. Your doctor can follow you with blood tests and order an ultrasound in the future to determine the viability of the pregnancy. if you are not spotting or experiencing cramping, thats a good sign.

Difficult answer: A brief visit to a fertility specialist to review yours and your partner's history would be helpful.  A semen analysis as a baseline and some evaluation of ovulation for your partner.  Depending on the history, an evaluation for tubal patency could also help.  Age, and menstrual history is important to identify other factors.  Good luck.
