You can maximize the appearance of height by strecthing extremeties and torso  and by carrying yourself with an erect posture.

Height is genetic: Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to increase height. However, one should eating a variety of healthy foods and exercise 3-4 times a week.

An xray of the hands &amp; wrists can be evaluated for bone maturity.No exercise or special diet will add to your height.  If your bone maturity is average for a 18yo you are finished growing taller.

Height genes : The weight yes, the height close to impossible by natural means.  Some spine specialist claim they can add some height with manual manipulative adjustment of the spine.  Can add about an inch by adding custom soles to your shoes.  Would not recommend it for just anyone, but limb length surgery can help add 1-2 inches.

If you wish, an x-ray of your hand could identify any additional growth potential.Good diet, exercise and proper rest allows you to reach your maximum height.

Unlikely: Most 18 year-olds are pretty much done growing because growth plates fuse even before this age. If a teenager has delayed puberty then growth may continue past that. If an 18 year-old has concerns about height or physical development i would recommend discussing with the primary care provider.
