Join the club: Migraine patients frequently are found to have ubos (unidentified bright objects) on mri.  They are of no clinical significance.  Migraine produces vascular spasms that decrease blood flow to areas of the brain.  This can result in fainting spells, lose of vision, etc.  These may also result in bright spots on mri.

Nonspecific: Scattered white spots confined to the white matter of the brain are fairly common and not specific for a certain disease.  White spots in a person less than 50 yrs. Old, however,  are usually abnormal and may be seen with multiple sclerosis among many other entities.  As one ages, these are more likely due to tiny arterial blockages and are fairly common in people over 70 yrs. Old.

Need to examine: It is unlikely that the bald spot is due to an imaging study. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. If the spot is not too big, you would do well to cover it with hair from the surrounding areas. If it is of bigger cosmetic concern, you may consult a plastic surgeon.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Lesions found on : MRI's of the brain may be either unrelated to neurological symptoms or related to an active neurological disorder. History of progression of dystonia &amp; other neurological symptoms, family history of dystonia  &amp; records  of the cause &amp; clinical course  of Renal Tubular Acidosis aid a neurologist's decision to repeat an MRI of the brain for comparison &amp; perform genetic &amp; other medical studies.

Multiple sclerosis: Many diseases can cause "white spots" to appear on the MRI imaging studies of the brain and spine.  Multiple sclerosis is one of the most common conditions.  Strokes, cancer, infection, and some other rare neurological disorders can also cause similar issues.  Sometimes further physical examination, blood work,  and a spinal fluid tap may be necessary to get a diagnosis.

Mostly, there is need for clinical correlation.  If ms suspicion, spinal fluid could be tested, if question of arteritis or vasculitis, some blood tests might help.  (on occasion, radiologically isolated syndrome is used to classify a non-clinical ms).

Many possibilities: Sounds like you're referring to t2 white matter hyper intensities.  The possible causes are numerous.  Developing some small spots is really fairly normal as one ages,  but the devil is in the details of your films, your history, and your exam.  Your neurologist would be best one to determine what these may be, if they are concerning, and if they require further investigation.

mri with no contrast came back "abnormal" for brain scan, for possible concussion. i did move my head a bit during mri scan. no symptoms, feel fine. doc recommends mri with contrast. could the head movement be a possible cause for abnormal reading?

Concussion: Some mri's show disruption in brain activity during the postconcussion period. I don't think that  an mri can actually diagnose a concussion at the time of the head injury. Does the radiologist recommend the mri with contrast?  Is he or she concerned that the present mri findings may reveal other serious brain pathology?  A neurologist collaborating with the radiologist could advise you best.

i saw a neurologist today cause ive had headaches for months, already had an mri and sinus cat scan, hes going to send me for a brain scan, hes checking for aneurism, can a brain scan catch what an mri couldnt, is a brain scan a cat scan? will it hel?

: Actually  “brain scan” is a sort of generic term that could be used to describe ct, mri, functional mri, eeg, etc. 
It’s not common to have headache from an aneurysm that didn’t bleed (but not impossible), and bleeding should have been seen with ct or mri.  For aneurysm’s ct Angiogram, mr angio or traditional angio’s show blood vessels best!  remember most headaches won’t show physical abnormality
