See below: There are several possible reasons and this should be checked by your physician but you see this if the date is miscalculated and the pregancy is further along than calculated, also twins can cause and finally a molar pregnancy can cause this  until you know i would not worrry about the latter -but would go see my physician and determine what tis the cause.
