For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Not enough info: Diagnosis of rheumatologic conditions needs a complete interrogation about symptoms, timing of the symptoms and a great characterization of which population you belong (age, sex, race, ethnic background, etc). You also need to review family history, social history ad a complete physical examination. To know what you have with this little, any guess is as valid as any.

Muscle aches amy be the early presentation of an autoimmune disease which is evolving and it is variable how fast if at all it will evolve to declare itself into one distinct condition. Incomplete lupus?: Your physician may be considering incomplete lupus, in which some features are present but there are not enough to establish the diagnosis. Rheumatology is curious in that there are a huge number of labs, but the diagnosis is usually made on history and physical exam. Incomplete lupus needs to be followed closely as there may actually be some other illness. Good luck.
