There are vasospastic disorders, like raynaud's phenominon, that are triggered by cold exposure, with blanching, cyanosis, and redness, so the extremities must be kept warm.  Calcium blockers like Nifedipine and Alpha blockers, like prazocin can help raynaud's.  See your doctor and get tested.

Please see your doctor and get blood tests for thyroid, anemia and some connective tissue disease like lupus. Also your doctor has to examine for raynaud&#x27;s or buerger&#x27;s disease. Stop smoking. For time being you should wear the double layers of clothes. Stay in warm environment at work and home.
