Constipation is: diagnosed in infants 2 months old &amp; older who have 3 symptoms: firm, dry pebbly stools, no bowel movement for 2-3 days in a formula fed baby &amp; straining/crying  while having a bowel movement or taking &amp;gt; 10 minutes to pass a stool. If these criteria are met &amp; baby is over 2 months, give 1 oz./day of apple or pear juice, 1st diluted to ¼ strength with cooled boiled water, then ½ strength, if needed.

so i saw my poop (loose) moving around a little with tiny bubbles appearing, it looked like there might be something tube-like in it. worms?

Go to ER *NOW*: You need an emergency gynecology evaluation. Nothing like what you are describing should be coming out of your vagina. Go now. Make sure you go to a hospital that had an on-call GYN that the ER can consult.

i was prescribed mupirocin 2% for a hole above my anus  but the tube is almost gone. can i use neosporin? i've heard they're pretty much the same

Not the same: You heard wrong. Mupirocin and neosporin both are antibiotic ointments, but different antibiotics. If your doctor prescribed mupirocin, you should not substitute neosporin unless your doctor recommends it. If the "hole" persists after treatment, you might need further evaluation. For example, ask your doctor whether you might have a pilonidal sinus.

Yes: Sometimes infants can have an intolerance to the milk protein (and less commonly soy protein) in formula.  It may be helpful to try a hypoallergenic formula such as Alimentum or Nutramigen for a few weeks.

No harm: Accidental, transient inhalation of the preservative is not likely to cause any harm.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
