Not food poisoning.: Certainly could be hemorrhoids but more serious issues can cause this as well. Best see your doctor.

: The combination of diarrhea plus "don't feel good" (nausea? poor appetiite? abdominal discomfort) suggests viral infection (gastroenteritis, often wrongly called "stomach flu"), perhaps caused by norovirus or similar virus. See a doctor if symptoms are severe or if they don't improve after a few days. Good luck.

Detoxing: Our poo varies in color based on what we eat and how we digest. Sweet potatoes can make it orange and beets can make it red. Kool aid grape drink can make it neon green and spinach can make it dark green. In diarrhea that you describe sounds like old poop was being cleared an it can be green to brown to yellow. You will be fine.

Gastroenteritis.: This sounds like acute gastroenteritis - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pains, fever, chills and sweats are all possible components of this.  Could be viral or food-borne, perhaps something you ate four or five days ago that may have been undercooked or mishandled.  Typically lasts 3-5 days.  If it gets much worse, or if it lasts longer than that, see a doctor.

: I trust you're checking your BP a few times a day to determine whether you're experiencing too low a BP or whether you're having side effects from the medication.  Only with this information will you be able to work this out with your MD.

Family history: If your mom is 50 and above , she needs a colonoscopy anyways. But considering fh of colon ca and some blood in stool, its very appropriate for her to have colonoscopy.

Vomiting : Vomiting and diarrhea can occur with food poisoning.  They can also occur with gastroenteritis (stomach flu) or other intestinal causes.  If a patient had persistent vomiting, persistent diarrhea, blood in the stool, fever, or abdominal pain, then they should consult with their physician.

No it is not unless : It is not a good idea without knowing what is the cause of food poisoning or if it is salmonella proved by culture
watery poop can be due to many reasons.The commonest is viral infection, next e coli infection, or shigella
most of these infections are self limiting, and all you need is fluids to prevent the dehydration
antibiotics should only be taken if prescribed by your physician after culture don.
