Arrange a visit md: I would not advise taking ultram and Percocet .  In any event, you may be getting the urge to defecate after eating (Gastro-colic reflex) and because your stools are slowed down by the pain meds/Pepto bismol, you are possible flaring up some hemorrhoids, which are causing the bleeding.  The Pepto bismal is a salicylate, which can cause gastritis (even though sometimes we take it for upset stomach)

Please : Please return to your doctor for another evaluation.  You may need an anoscopy or colonoscopy (types of scope tests) to check your bowel.  If you have continued bleeding, pain, or feel light-headed/faint, then you will need to go to the er.

Blood in the stool is significant can be inflammatory  bowel/ colitis,  AVM , Meckles rarely even gastritis (though usually tarry and black), ischemia is rare at your age but if vasculitis can be ischemia, SMA thrombosis. . Weakness can be from anemia and loss of blood. Go to ER now.

Anal Fissure: You have a common problem, a minor tear in the lining on entrance to your rectum.  If you have no pain and the bleeding subsides on it's own there is little left to do. If you have pain and the bleeding persists with other bowel movements you should go see your doctor.
