Yes probably: It might be good to check with your primary dr to be sure you don't have a specific intestinal problem.  Some GI conditions, like inflammatory bowel disease, may affect the absorption of birth control pills---birth control pills need to be taken consistently every day at the same time.

Yes. : Yes. You need to be evaluated. Blood in the stool is abnormal. White stool means a lack of bile salt. You could have problems with liver, gallbladder, common bile duct, pancrease (pancrelipase). I would call your doctors office in the am and explain your symptoms.  This is a significant change in bowel habitus.

Unusual: Unusual I've never heard of a vibrating feeling in the anus. Make sure you don't have a vibrator something unusual going on there. See a doctor for an in person evaluation

Absolutely: There is no connection with taking birth control and passing stools. Even people with diarrhea can take their usual birth control at their usual times.

: If was fresh blood only on the paper it was most likely from a benign cause such as hemorrhoids or anal fissure. I don't think inflammatory bowel disease is an issue here.   If blood with or after a BM continues,your gynecologist can examine your rectum and advise you.  He/she may then refer you to a proctologist or gastroenterologist if deemed advisable.

Normal: Likely because you have been eating, or because you ate something bad, or that you are nervous or that you are about to have a period. Perhaps if you get the blood test result you are looking for, the urge will go away.

Not on BC: Sounds like you may be having cramps from the contact of his penis with your cervix.  It's also possible to get air up in there which can cause some strange gas pains, feeling a bit like constipation.  If the pain is not severe, not to worry.
If you are using BC properly you will not get pregnant.  Certainly hope you insist on using a condom.  You can get venereal diseases without a barrier. GLuck
