If was fresh blood only on the paper it was most likely from a benign cause such as hemorrhoids or anal fissure. I don't think inflammatory bowel disease is an issue here. If blood with or after a BM continues,your gynecologist can examine your rectum and advise you. He/she may then refer you to a proctologist or gastroenterologist if deemed advisable.
