hi. i have dry, itchy, scalpy, flaky, cracking skin around my anus and on buttlocks. it itches very bad. how can i treat that?

It sound to me: by the areas involved that you may have PSORIASIS!

My suggestion is that you start by seeing a Board Certified Dermatologist...there are many TREATMENTS if that is the diagnosis.

Over the counter steroid (cortisone) is a FIRST AID you can try....but check with your PCP for any other treatment if you cannot see a Dermatology specialist soon!

Constipation: Straining during constipation increases intracranial and intra abdominal pressure . Increased pressure is not optimal. If there is a familial predisposition to  aneurysms  or connective tissue disorder like Ehlers Danlos, marfans there is additional risk. Try stool softeners, or 1/2 cup to 1 cup prune juice , and a diet w/  fiber -avocados, strawberries, sweet potatoes to avoid strain. f/u/ w/ MD

Is this a change: A lot of 4mo spit a lot & many poop that often. Babies lose a lot of body heat from their head so a warm head isn't particularly worrisome.Having a normal temperature is good, but doesn't rule out the early stage of a new illness. If this is a change in your babies pattern it points to some form of stress & may take a little longer to show clear signs.

Constipation: Constipation after general anesthesia and without surgery is very common, and scary. You also need to know your surgery site is okay and that nothing else is wrong. Use laxatives and lots of hydration tonight. Call your doctor in the am, sooner if you have a fever or vomiting. Be well.

this may sound graphic but i ate blueberries and 4 hours later pooped loose dark poop, i also seen blueberry  skin floating on top? is this normal?

Yes: Check to see whether not you have allergies to blueberries for it to go through your system so quickly like that. If you chewed it a lot, then you'd see less  skin visible there, but if you chewed it and swallowed it whole, then you are going to see what you are seeing now your poop. And people do have allergies to food that they commonly eat, and don't even realize it.
