There are other less common reasons for these particular elevations, and should be interpreted in context with your medical history, other lab results, medications and physical findings.

Also people with autoimmune disorders (lupus) can have autoimmune destruction of their white cells.

possibly had untreated strep for 2 weeks, absolute lymph and neutrophils normal but slightly high nr and low lr. symptoms come and go. should i be worried about developing complications? 3 out of 4 drs say it's viral. is it too late for antibiotic?

: Get a strep test and if + ask for treatment if if no do not ask for antibiotic.

Abd pain: Lymphocytes usually have an inverse relationship with neutrophils. The higher the neutrophils the lower the lymphocytes. Lymphocytes generally get higher with viral infections and neutrophils higher with viral infections. Fatigue is common with any malady.
Common medical practice for kids with new onset abd pain is an ultrasound for appendicitis and /or repeated daily examinations. CBC, UA, BMP
