Hard to tell: It's possible either way.  It might be normal to have some bleeding/spotting after removal of polyp and biopsy of uterus.  Likewise, it could be your period. If it's time for your period, then that's what it likely is. Wait another month and see if next month's cycle is normal. Hopefully doctor called you by now to tell you everything's normal!

No: It is not odd to have several polyps removed at the time of a colonoscopy. The intent is to remove all polyps found unless you happen to have familial polyposis in which case there may be thousands of polyps and obviously they can't all be removed.

Not usually painful: Nasal polyp surgery today is either performed with an endoscope or a microscope.  Depending on the surgeon's experience and training, almost all the nasal and sinus inflammation can be removed.  However, you should know that this is a genetic disease and recurrences are common.  The nose is frequently packed for a few days. Pain is moderate but pressure in the face may be significant.

Confirm with doctor: It is a bit unusual to be scheduled for a polypectomy during the same menstrual cycle that one is also taking Clomid. Consider contacting the prescribing doctor and verifying the instructions. More commonly the polyp would be removed and then Clomid would be prescribed on a subsequent cycle.

Cut it off: In  the colon , a polyp is cut off or removed during  a special exam called a colonoscopy, for a sample for biopsy to look for cancer, and to remove it in case it is  cancer. Cutting it off also reduces the risk of cancer.

Yes it is.: Your doctor should have informed you that mild vaginal bleeding is normal after such procedures. In the absence of fever and large blood clots per vaginam, you should be fine and able to wati until your pathology review appointment in 2 weeks.

i experienced a strong burning sensation that lasted  for a few hours after polyp removal. it still hurts to sit down. is this common?

It depends where was: the polyp. If it was inside your colon there should be no pain.  If this was on the outside, sometimes more accurately called a skin tag, that could be sore for some time afterward.  If it is 48 to 72 hours after the removal and you are still significantly sore, you should call and discuss with the person who removed the polyp.
