Yes.: They can significantly lower the amount of thyroid hormone that gets absorbed.  Because calcium is a positively charged ion, it can bind to any negatively charged chemical, including levothyroxine.  Spacing the thyroid hormone at least 2 hours from calcium (including antacids such as tums), iron, multi-vitamins, and certain other meds can help keep thyroid blood levels stable.

Ok with advil: I did not see interaction with advil. It is ok to use with advil. It is ok with Calcium-mag.

antihistamines or other beta2-agonists or monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

Not advisable: Kre alkalyn and other creatine supplements can impaire kidney function, especially in people who might be susceptible.  Having hypoparathyroidism puts you at risk for kidney stones and kre alkalyn can increase your risk as well.

If 15% or less of the femoral head is involved & no symptoms are present, there is a chance it will resolve without surgical intervention. Treatment with bisphosphonates has been tried with variable results. Joint preserving surgical procedures may be the best available option.
