Plug in tear ducts : Neti pot is used to rinse nasal cavity and sinuses with normal saline. It is quite effective for nasal or sinus congestion.  I doubt it works for chronic tear duct obstruction, unless it is caused by nasal or sinus congestion.  Since it has little side-effect, give it a trial.

i went to plug in my phone and felt a very small shock. should i be worried? i feel fine, just nervous now.

Sounds like static: In winter the air is dry and these discharges are posible.  But make sure your electrical outlets are not shorted.

Accepted Answer

Yes: The mucus plug is not a very reliable indicator of cervical dilation.  Not every women knows when it comes out.  Its easy to miss.  So it is possible to dilate and efface without seeing the mucus plug.  Best wishes!

Electrosmog: The human body is sensitive to very low frequency electromagnetic fields. Some people are more sensitive than others. If you can move your bed, I would advice it.

Keratin plugs: Treatment for keratin plugs includes benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, sulfur preparations, adelaic acid, tretinoin, adapaline, and tazarotene.

Yes: Most infants pass meconium(first stool)shortly after delivery.Meconium plugs(pellets) usually transiently get stuck in large bowel causing some degree of obstruction but usually pass with enema or rectal stimulation.Increased incidence of plugs associated with infants of diabetic mothers and prematures.Sometimes meconium is associated with  bowel obstruction in patient with cystic fibrosis.

Generally safe,: but always discuss with your doctor to be more sure. Headache is enough to stop using it.

Rechargeable...: ...Are generally ok if the battery and/or small parts are inaccessible, but i'd err on the side of caution. I would avoid ac-power toys if the child can actually get at the cord or electric components.

Electric: I recommend electric toothbrush(sonicare). The vibrations are more effective than the battery.

: The fact that the indentation cleared within 5 minutes indicates normal skin tone &amp; texture.
