: In my opinion if you test negative after 6 months I think you can safely say you don't have HIV. Were you tested for other STDs also?

Rethink this: Nasopharyngeal cancer is probably going to involve a rather protracted course of therapy that may involve in addition to testing, surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. This is something you need to make time for to try to ensure you have a chance to have time in the future.

i got a medical abortion on october 1st. i took a pregnancy test today it is positive. i am wondering if it were possible to be ovulation. i am nervous because i had unprotected sex today and took a plan b and i do not want to be pregnant again?

: Home pregnancy test are usual accurate.  A medical abortion is not always effective  in ending a pregnancy.  To be certain, obtain a quantitative HCG level which will show the progressive state of the pregnancy, and provide information about the age of the pregnancy.

: Delays in ovulation will result in delays of menstruation, which along with negative "home" pregnancy tests may explain why your period is delayed.  See your GYN physician for an exam and possible additional testing for guidance.

I : I think you are correct in delaying inh prophylaxis until after your pregnancy. The research has shown that it is probably safe while breastfeeding, however you can make that decision when the time comes.
