No: Using too much Plan B won't cause infertility.  Its not a great idea to use it multiple times in one month; however, because it may not be as effective the second and third time.  Its intended for an occasional emergency.  If you are needing often, its best to get on a regular birth control pill.

No: Plan B has a transient effect on the system and leaves no long lasting residual.Abortion, depending on technique and or complications would have a greater potential to effect reproduction, but for most does not.

No.: It may alter your menstrual cycles, but unlikely to cause infertility.  If you are using Plan B so much, talk with your doctor about starting on Oral birth control hormones,  it is safer, and more efficient for the purpose of birth control.  It will also help regulate your cycles if they are irregular.

i am 22.i had vericocle grade 1.now it's grade 2 and growing .i am worried about infertility. can i save my sperm in banks for plan b for children?

If you want...: but it's probably not necessary.  Even a grade 2-3 varicocele probably doesn't reduce your sperm count any more than sitting in a hot bathtub.  I don't think you would need to go through the expense of storing your sperm in a sperm bank.  I would discuss your concerns with your doctor/urologist.

Prob PCOS : Your periods are probably abnormal due to the pcos not the plan b. Are you infertile? Hard to say. I've had many patients able to conceive with pcos. You need to talk to your doc about your options and if you don't want to get pregnant i would recommend birth control pills.

It : It is crucial you get your doctor involved as you try to get pregnant, especially with your std history. Herpes can cause harm to a fetus, so it will be important to treat this medically (perhaps with medication) to ensure this is under control.  Herpes tend to return when the body is under stress, and pregnancy may induce this.

Plan B: If the condom was unreliable and broke, would take plan B as precaution, especially with Bactrim use during the time frame.

Yes: Plan b is safe and effective - it works over 85% of the time if used within 72 hours (3 days) of unprotected sex and about 80% if used within 120 hours (5 days).  There are few complications, but there are side effects occasionally, like nausea and headache.
