Plan B: Plan B does not protect against pregnancy resulting from intercourse after it is taken. It does disrupt the normal menstrual cycle but this does not change the fact that you can get pregnant. i had protected sex but condom broke and took plan b a day before ovulation been 1 week and 2 days and im bleeding now but its watery and running slow.. my pad is almost full.. is this a period or implantation bleeding?

: The only way to know is to take a home pregnancy test and find out if you are pregnant. The chances of pregnancy are lowered by taking plan B but pregnancy can always occur in spite of the best efforts to avoid it. So, if you are not sure if this is a normal period, then take a pregnancy test using the morning urine since it is the most concentrated. If results are unclear, see your doctor,

Take Plan B: Anytime you have a contraceptive failure, please  use Plan B even if you have already used it in this cycle. It is not known to cause birth defects.

Not  likely : Missing one pill usually does not affect birth control pills efficacy. Taking Plan B on top of that should have prevented ovulation as well. To be sure check a pregnancy test in 10 days but i suspect you are okay. Also when you forget to take a pill don't have sex that day.
