Plan B: acne?: "Plan B", or "emergency contraception" is basically the same as taking a birth control pill.  It is not 100% effective in any case, but hormonal medications can produce skin changes similar to teen age acne, although uncommon with just "Plan B" medications, b/c the dose is so low.  At 41, however, your estrogen levels are much higher than in your 20's, so acne may occur from that.

i take combination b.c pills. i used acne antibiotics for about 4 days and had sex without a condom 2 weeks after. should i take plan b to be safe ?

Antibiotics/BCPs: Without knowing which antibiotics you took it is impossible to answer this, but most antibiotics do not interfere with bcps.  Plan b would provide increased safety and always better safe than sorry.
