Plan B: Plan B can cause one to spot,  bleed between periods, have heavier periods, lighter periods or a period that is late or early. It would be unlikely that you are pregnant.

Yes: You should take another Plan B immediately.  It's hard to tell where you're at in your cycle, since you had a bleed at an irregular time (3/8-9).  Why not use birth control?  Then you don't have to worry?

Pregnant or not??: From the history you give it's very unlikely that you are pregnant. The best way to check for sure is a blood test for the beta chain of human chorionic gonadotropin. You can have your doc order it.
