: Normal women can occasionally skip a cycle. Plan B taken within a day or 2 after sex is usually quite effective in preventing pregnancy. Common urine pregnancy tests can be false early on but are seldom false if positive. I would test again on an early morning sample (most concentrated), if negative you likely just skipped a cycle. The next one may be heavy &amp; longer.

Common side effect: Emergency contraception symptoms can include spotting or bleeding, changes in menstrual flow or your period may be late or early.  It can also lead to nausea, abdominal pain, breast tenderness, dizziness.

: If your periods have been regular (24-32 days apart) and this period is delayed, wait until your cycle is 5 days delayed and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregancy.  "Plan B" pills are not 100% preventive of pregnancy.

Estrogen: Birth control pills often result in slightly higher-than-normal estrogen levels.  One symptom of high estrogen levels is swollen, tender breasts.  This can be seen with birth control pills or in pregnancy.  If it's from the birth control pills, it should get better by the end of the 7 days off.  Check w/ your doctor.

Probably : Yes large doses of estrogenic compounds can cause mastodynia (sore breasts).  But you note you're 4 weeks pregnant.  If that is true, of course the pregnancy can cause mastodynia.

Plan B: Breast soreness is a potential side effect of Plan B. Bumps on areola are likely Montgomery Glands. Take home pregnancy test if you miss your period.

Not sure: Breast soreness,, lower stomach hardness suggest pregnancy and these symptoms can appear frequently without pregnancy too. But recent period rules out pregnancy. Take pregnancy test to confirm. Most likely no pregnancy. Symptoms due to hormone changes during menstrual cycle and anxiety about being pregnant from sex.
