Possibly: Generally, BV is treated with an antibiotic which works well, but can interfere with the normal lactobacillus bacteria in the vagina.  A live yogurt culture contains lactobacillus which can restore the normal balance of bacteria.  Using commercially available yogurt which is pasteurized to kill the bacteria and which is often sweetened will not be effective and may cause yeast.

Probably not: But there is no reason not to try it.  It is excellent for your bowel flora (the microorganisms in the gut) and tasty.  Bacterial vaginosis is an imbalance of bacteria in the vaginal vault and can be perpetuated by sex with the same partner, failure to change the ph of the vagina, and so on.

First : First you need to know there is a difference between yeast infections and BV (bacterial vaginosis) and how they are treated. Also, beta strep is typically not treated unless causing symptoms. Many women are colonized with this bacteria and have no adverse effects. 
As far as your question goes, you are referring to the live active cultures in yogurt, namely lactobacillus, which helps maintain a normal vaginal ph and flora thus helping to prevent vaginal yeast infections (yeast more so than bv). There are much simpler and less messy ways to benefit from lactobacillus. Most health food or any store that sells vitamins and dietary supplements sell lactobacillus in pill or powder form for oral ingestion. 
In addition to this try not to wear tight fitting underware or underware made from any other material other than cotton. Keep your vagina clean and dry whenever possible.

Possibly: Probiotics may have a role as preventatives but if you currently have bacterial vaginosis it should be treated more directly.  Acidophilus capsules and live culture plain yogurt may help to replenish more normal bacteria even though they are supposedly the "wrong" bacteria.

Make sure...: You were checked for trichomonas! this parasitic std causes most men or women little discomfort. About 30% of patients are symptomatic and have many of your problems.  It is treated with a brief course of Flagyl or metronidazole. Part must be treated, as well!

Please dont do that: Inserting yogurt or any other food into the vagina is not an effective treatment for a vaginal infection such as yeast or bacterial vaginosis. There are several medications available to treat this very common problem. Metronidazole is the most common.

Recurrent BV: Recurrent bacterial vaginosis is very common. BV is hard to treat and permanently clear up. Yogurt or probiotics are not likely to help. Two options often are effective:  taking metronidazole (Flagyl®) once a week; or vaginal boric acid capsules. Discuss the best choice with your doctor. Also, if sexually active consider consistent condoms for a few weeks; and/or no sex with female partners.

im allergic to both flagyl & clindamycin. can i use the naturaal remedies such as peroxide douching or yogurt tampons for bv?

Sorry, won't work: Unfortunately, these won't work. And douching, with peroxide or anything else, is a very bad idea, especially for BV. It can flush bacteria into the tubes and increase the risk of PID. Check with your doctor whether truly allergic and could safely take metronidazole or clindamycin. Vaginal boric acid capsues are another possible option. Best to see a doc highly experienced in BV and infections.
