i'm having foul/awful/disgusting smelling gas, mucous when i poop-both on toilet paper & in toilet and occasionally blood, what are these symptoms of?

Possible infx: You may have an intestinal infection, which could be viral or bacterial.  Any blood however is always abnormal, and you should see a dr. (preferably gi) for an evaluation.  Good luck.

See  GI specialist: This could be hemorrhoids , or a other problem at the anal verge.  Mucous stools could be some sort of irritable bowel disease, and the other symptoms are more consistent with GERD or excess acid.  Basically , there is not one condition that explains all of this , but fortunately  there is one specialists who manages all of this... a Gastroenterologist) . Consider this follow up if needed.

Probably hemorrhoids: You probably have hemorrhoids which is not life threatening.  If you are not convinced then, you will need to see your physician.

Get checked: Rectal or anal bleeding in young people is often due to trauma while in older- more due to hemorrhoids, gastrointestinal ulcer, inflammation or tumors.

Needs checking : Can be a variety of reasons some potentially serious eg inflammatory bowel disease some less serious eg haemorrhoids.  Needs doctor check as needs examination.  This should be done urgently if fevers abdominal pain or large amounts being passed

Likely hemorrhoids: This is very common for internal hemorrhoids. That being said, ALL rectal bleeding should be evaluated by your pcp and/or GI or Colorectal surgeon to ensure the  diagnosis.

Need more info: What was found on colonoscopy three years ago? If there were no lesions, then it may be hemorrhoids only. However, even hemorrhoids can cause enough blood loss to result in anemia and you should be treated for it.
You may wish to consult a different doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

constipated past 3 days, taking fybogel and went this morning. light red solid lump in stool, could be extracted & had tomatos 2 days ago. could this be skin or blood? also mucus on toilet paper when wiping. could this be from being constipated?

Could be: You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods.

Prob not serious: This was probably just the dregs of your period, but if it continues, it could represent a bladder infection. If there are frequency and burning on urination it would best to see your health provider.

Bright red rectal bl: Bright red blood most of the time from the underlying hemorrhoid but not mucus, if you have bloody mucosy diarrhea with abdominal pain needs medical attention to rule out inflammatory bowel disease
