The onset of pain and abnormal bleeding shortly after your period suggests a strong possibility of pelvic inflammatory disease. You should be examined ASAP by your gynecologist or go to ER. Take a test : Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

A thick discharge: could be mucus from a boggy cervix, which could mean either pregnancy or infection.  I would make sure to check a pregnancy test, then if negative check it again 1 week later.  There is such a thing as failure of morning after pill to work.  Or you could have got pregnant during the interim.

Hard to guess...: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. An Ob-Gyn doctor can evaluate, if any unusual or worrisome symptoms.

Discharge where?: If the discharge is rectal, it's a combination of semen and blood.  The rectum isn't as well designed as the vagina for penile penetration and the inner lining can get inflamed or abraded.  For this reason, I discourage anal intercourse in heterosexual couples.  Have a heart to heart talk with your BF about less injurious ways to enhance your sexual relations.  Best wishes to you both.
