i see spots of blood when i urinate i have been having frequent urination for a couple months(pain free) but i now sometimes have random pain in my lower right side of my abdomen i also see blood (light pink in color) when i wipe myself after urination.

2 : 2 weeks should be okay, however if your pain becomes severe, you can go to the emergency room. Also, any increase of bleeding, or signs of bright red blood need to be assessed immediately.
Blood in the urine, along with lower abodominal pain can be attributed to a urinary tract infection or a kidney infection. Aggressive body cleanses can certainly potentiate these infections or cause trauma to your GI tract, kidneys and bladder, due to the flushing nature of the cleanse, if not directed by your doctor.
Be sure to advise your doctor of the cleanses, the location and severity of the pain, how long the pain lasts, what you are doing on onset of pain and how often you notice blood in your urine. Remember, go to the er if pain becomes severe or if you notice bright red blood in your urine.

Multiple causes.: Light bleeding after sexual penetration can be from friction, cuts, vaginal irritation or lack of adequate sexual lubrication. First of all: CONDOMS AND BC PILLS-GYN EXAM. Always protect yourself and your sexual partner. Secondly,abstain sexually for at least 1 week until bleeding resolves.

Spot after sex: It is not unusual to spot after intercourse if the cervix has been traumatized. The bleeding should not last after a day or two at most. If it persist then you should have it looked at.

Please see your doctor for a rectal exam to determine if this needs treatment or just time to heal.  Meanwhile keep the area very clean; consider using a sitz bath after bowel movements.  Do not apply any topical medication unless your doctor recommends or prescribes something.
