Burn scar: it takes at least one year for most of the deep inflammation from a traumatic wound to resolve. a burn scar can form permanent keloids. you can try silicone band aids combined with an over the counter steroid cream for one month, then stop.

Usually: the usual is that the skin is light and then the skin starts to turn darker.  If it has bruised significantly and it is now brown it is harder for the brown tint to go away though it will fade  Give it some time and if not see a provider for alternative therapies to correct it

Pinched pimple: Will go away. How long? I would recall the last time you did this and how long it took. Should be about the same. Everyone is different.

I would not do it again unless you want to do another healing test on yourself.
