It will in time: The dark discoloration is some blood which pooled underneath your skin. You must have had a "black and blue" before. It may go through some color changes before it totally disappears. Don't do that again!

Sounds like: either an infected hair follicle (sebaceous cyst) or an insect bite! In either case wet heat may help! If persisting or getting worse over weekend a trip to your PCP (Primary Care Provider) is indicated&gt;

Pimple: Do you wax or shave your pubic area? It may be an ingrown hair. Try applying warm compress and then an antibacterial cream for several days. If no improvement then please seek care

Inflamed Acne.: It sounds like the acne lesion is inflamed. It will need treatment with topical antibiotic to prevent it from becoming pustular. 
Recommend OTC benzoyl peroxide 10 %.
Avoid touching the lesion.

Time: It will heal and the color will fade but it may take a lot longer than you desire. In  the mean time you may use makeup to camouflage the mark.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

i have this brownish pink pimple like on my scalp since i was 14 , now i'm 23 . it hasn't been growing nor bleeding looks the same. what could this  a?

It could be a simple: mole or keratosis or other conditions, but see your dermatologist for correct diagnosis
