Smoking pot: Prior to an eye exam can change the results of the exam.  Pot may reduce eye pressure, good for folks w/glaucoma but your eye doc MAY miss something in the process.  Street pot not good to treat eye symptoms because you don’t know what may be in the pot or the dose.  Medical maharaja is softest and most effective.

Try stopping for a couple of weeks to see if abstinence reduces the anxiety attacks and eye spasms. You can always resume puffing and see if the symptoms return. Try cutting out coffee and "energy" drinks too.

Stop smoking: You eye is red from smoke entering the eye itself through the air.  So smoke in a well ventilated place.  A few get red eyes from the chemicals in the smoke which can dilate eye  vessels internally.  If that is the case you need to stop smoking.  I am guessing you are worried that the red eyes are a give away to your weed habit.  So don't smoke when that would be a problem.
