See your derm: Any new skin lesion or one that is changing should be brought to the attention of your friendly dermatologist. While skin cancers in 25 year olds are not common it does happen occasionally.

Remember to protect your skin by limiting your exposure to UV radiation and when you are out wear sunscreen and cover up as much as possible.

See dermatologist: Most likely a psoriatic patch BUT if it is enlarging or weeping more definitely see a skin doctor.

i have a mole that on my shoulder, should i be worried? i have a pink mole that is pink, raised, no hair in it, round, and it lies in my "bra line on my shoulder. it itches sometimes when my bra rubs it. i have fair skin/eyes, and have a lot of freckles.

Possible urticaria: It's possible the itchy raised areas of skin around the waist are a form of urticaria, or hives. If there is an allergic reaction, then areas of irritation/rubbing of the skin, such as at the beltline, are common. Antihistamines such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will control itching from hives but may cause drowsiness. More important is to discuss with your doctor what may be causing this.

Moisturize: This depends of what is the cause of itching.  In general, itching is a sign of inflammation. This could be a result of medications, allergic exposure, or infection. Moisturizer and Hydrocortisone creams over-the-counter generally helps relieve some itch.  However, if the cause of the problem is still present, you will continue to itch.  If your itch persists, you should see a doctor.

Mostly from drying: There is that histamine release in people who exercise for the first time after prolonged time of not doing it. This opens up the blood vessels to allow evaporation and get rid of the heat. The histamine is an allergy component that allows other same chemicals to be released and cause itching but the drying and evaporation also causes the itching effect.

Multiple causes: dry hair, scalp, dandruff, seborrhea of the scalp, folliculitis, reaction to soaps, shampoo or condition. Please seek a medical exam.

Possibly: As constipation and itchy dry skin are both caused by inadequate fluids and dehydration. Remember caffeine and alcohol dehydrate so all other fluids are better for both of your problems.
