Iris: The iris, with its hole in the center: the pupil, in in constant motion by the effect of light entering the eye, containing circular and radial muscle fibers, the iris is constantly "flexing" these muscles. The back iris surface contains a layer of pigment that gives color to the eye. Excessive pigment shedding may clogg the drainage system internally and lead to pigmentary glaucoma.

Most sunglasses do this nicely and any eye wear made of glass does this automatically.  Most that do this are labeled and most optical shops can help you with this.

Probably no: I am not aware of computer radiation (assuming that you don't use a vintage one) is a major health issue.  However eye strain does occur and any glass which helps to reduce eye fatigue would be fine but UV filter would not afford any protection against radiation.

Ideas: This is often an age-related change on the shins and forearms of middle aged folks. It's not really treatable and not dangerous. If it comes and goes, rule out tines versicolor. If it keeps popping up in new places, consider vitiligo.

Depends on cause: These two words are basically the same.  They mean you have inflammation inside the front of the eye affecting the iris and or ciliary body. They can happen due to trauma, infection or inflammatory conditions, all of which have different prognoses.  See an ophthalmologist to be properly diagnosed and treated. It is important to reduce inflammation to avoid long term affects like scarring.
