Your : Your symptoms are very concerning.  As your pain is so severe you should be seen again as an emergency, especially if you have any vomiting or fever, or can't eat.  Please also call and try to get the results of your ct, but you should be seen as an emergency for your pain.

Don't worry: Your pains are likely due to GE reflux or indigestion, which has little to do with renal function. If the pain is causing discomfort, seek diet modification  or possibly GER treatment if symptoms are troublesome

Glucophage (metformin): It is not unusual for glucophage (metformin) to cause gastric upset or diarrhea   This usually resolves in from a few days a couple weeks

You need an exam: It sounds as if you were being treated for a stomach ailment, but that shouldn't make you short of breath.  You don't say if you are on any BCP's, but a blood clot or pneumonia or gall bladder disease could present this way.  It wouldn't hurt to take an antacid with simethicone when the pain comes, but if this keeps up you do need to be seen again.  Good luck!

Hello. : Hello. I don't know when you had your hysterectomy. If it has been quite a while, you may have abdominal adhesions which can be problematic. Additonally, scars are chronic niduses of inflammation. Hysterectomy and C-section scars often can lead to back pain. Medical accupunture scar deactivation (with or without electrical stimulation) and scar injection with saline/lidocaine/ homeopathic medication can be of great help with both the scar and underlying adhesions. With a surgeon's concurrence, periheral treatments can often begin within weeks of surgery.

Green stool can: occur w/ certain meds, foods &amp; if transit time through intestines is too rapid.  Since you have had on-going abdominal pain for the last five weeks - a medical evaluation would be prudent. Take care.

why is it harder to work out on vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)?  i have to take bigger breathes and pain in stomach on the side sometimes-'runner side cramp'? thanks!

It may be causing an: Increase in your exercise hr. You might also be feeling some increased adrenalin, hence pushing harder. Consider using hr monitor for training & keep hr under 80% max. (or 'talk test' below) re abd pain-sounds like 'side stich' caused by diaphragmatic spasm. Watch your breathing, trying to breathe in thru nose & out thru mouth & only push hard enough to still talk in short sentences(talk test).

i read up on side effects for implanon birth control it says side effets are sinus iffection itching pain in stomach severe mental issue an i been havin the promblems since i been on it but doc says it aint from implanon need help?

Agree w doctor: Although those may be listed as side effects those are certainly not typical side effects. I agree with your doctor that they are unlikely to be related to your implanon. If you're still unsure though you can have it removed and try another method to see if your symptoms resolve.
