i think i have a pinched nerve around my neck area. i have a lot of tingling like a bump my funny bone feeling that shoots from shoulder down to my ankles usually just one side but i feel it on the other not as much. can pinched nerve cause nausea?

Pinched nerve: I know that significant pain can cause nausea. But I am not aware of  pinched nerve effecting upper extremity causing nausea.

Its possible: Nausea can certainly be a response to pain.  The dizziness i find a little harder to relate.

Clarify diagnosis: Who has made the diagnosis of "pinched nerve"?  Certainly could be shingles if rash present, or maybe a viral brachial plexitis.  Could consider thoracic outlet syndrome or cervical radiculopathy.  Have you been evaluated by a neurologist or neurosurgeon?

What did ent say?: I see your answer but you did not say that the ent found any problem.This sounds like an inner ear problem. If the ENT doctor cannot tell you what is wrong then ask him where he would refer you to. This does need worked up and may need a CT scan. Do not let this drop but get another ENT or neuro opinion. Of these I would recommend a referral center.

Talk to your doctor: You seem to be experiencing adverse events with the medications. It would be best to speak to your local doctor who prescribed these to you to address the issues you are having.

Various ways.: Usuly will resolve on their own. I would recommend physical therapy along with anti-inflammatory medications. In the event this is a mechanical problem, then surgery may be warranted.
