Make sure you use breathable, meaning cotton and other natural fabrics as undergarments, to cover yourself, keep well hydrated and don’t overdress to stay as comfortable and non-sweaty as possible

A few options: For over the counter methods try using products that have benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, alcohol, and acetone. For prescription treatments you may be prescribed antibiotics, retinoids or vitamin a derivatives, azelaic acid, oral contraceptives, or spironolactone. Always ask a dermatologist about the possible affects and the risks vs benefits of each treatment. Make sure it's best for you.

Need management: If you have taken Isotretinoin / sotret, your acne is serious enough to require the continuity of care that only a personal physician can provide. Perhaps some other less drastic intervention can do the magic, such as topical Clindamycin plus benzoyl peroxide. All rx's for Isotretinoin include information about when you may resume trying to conceive. Good luck.

Montgomery Glands: Small bumps on the areolas called montgomery glands can increase in size during pregnancy. However, this is not diagnostic of pregnancy so please take a home pregnancy test if you miss your period.

Penis  bumps can be: many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without a photo or physical exam. Top 2 pics are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Bottom 2 pics are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so s/he can rule out  STDs and council you for prevention.

Not necessarily: The areola, the area around the nipple, has quite a few glands. Sometimes they can become enlarged for no apparent reason.

Several things: I have not heard of a "pregnancy rash" on the arms only.  There could be many causes from a contact dermatitis to keratosis pilaris to a photsensitivity.  An examination by your dermatologist would clarify.
