Acne Marks: If you have the money, consider laser resurfacing with the fractionated c02 laser.
Before laser treatment you can try retin a (tretinoin) cream 0.1% which is a prescription topical medication but this can take a few months.

It can be: All burns (sunburn, chemical peels, or tanning beds) cause inflamation which  causes acne.  Stress (emotional or physiological) as well as lack of sleep and hormones can all cause acne.  Sweat is also a trigger.  Since peels also thin the skin as you age, you may want to consider a better approach to skin care to include lasers and medication.

They occur when flakes of skin get trapped near the surface of the skin. Often seen in newborns, they often resolve spontaneously. Persistent milia can be shelled out by a medical aesthetician, cosmetic surgeon or derm.
