: Pimples on the face can be calmed down by using benzoyl peroxide lotion to reduce the redness. If the lesion is a mosquito bite somewhere else, using an ice cube or cortisone cream can reduce the inflammation and calm the lesion.

Google " molluscum contagiosum".  See if they look like that.

However after ear piercing, it is very common. Treat with warm compresses and observe. It will likely resolve but if not, you may want to see a physician for evaluation.
