pimple on my areola that burns and swollen and just noticed around my breast there is redness like in a half circular shape around the breast what can it be? is it cancer?

ive go a raised red bump on my face.looks like a swollen pimple.redness has reduced but it has been almost 3 weeks.ive been applying hydro cortisone.on the same side i have a visible swollen gland below my jaw line.not feeling sick though.please help?

Exam needed: This may have been an inflamed/infected cyst or ingrown hair that has organized into a papule that no longer is inflamed. I recommend having a physician or dermatologist examine and advise you.

Pimple: I do not believe the toothpaste had anything to do with inflaming the pimple.  I cannot imagine why you would put toothpaste on a pimple.  I would suggest you apply warm compresses to the area, keep it clean, do not try to pop it and if it worsens get antibiotics for it.

Scientific Rx: Vee, you're doing yourself a disservice if you insist on a "home remedy" for a chronic, serious disease like acne that's a grave social and professional liability. Topical benzoyl peroxide and/or retinoic acid are for starters; if you're not clear in two weeks, get with your personal physician. Ignore all "pop" / "nutritional" / "lifestyle" advice and get the treatment you deserve.

Popped pimple: You can try using hot packs to see if you can get it to open up and drain,  but you likely have an infection and  should be seen.

See your doctor: If redness, swelling, or pain is spreading, you should see your doctor. You may have an abscess (a collection of pus under the skin) which may require antibiotic treatment.

Abscess?: It sounds like you may have developed an abscess in the area of the pimple.  The best treatment for this is to have it drained.  Most urgent care clinics can take care of this, as well as primary care offices.

Do not pop pimples, it would make matters worse and lead to bigger scars.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

i have a pimple like bump on chest brown hole in middle and swollen white then red. started small and slowly growing and becoming painful.

Infection?: Not sure what the original cause might be- insect bite? ingrown hair follicle? dermal cyst? The changes now suggest the area is infected.  Warm compresses and an antibiotic ointment of cream used frequently may help.  If you have fever or chills, or the pain and redness continue to grow, you should definitely see a doctor.
